Hello, I uploaded the v10.3 and the EMU addon. v10.3 ----- Enhancements not for end user + the modem-to-modem capability in setup/ppp0 or setup/ppp1 (still beta) I uploaded the 10r3 to save it from further changes, because still I'm revisiting every boot scripts. EMU addon (depend from: X11, PERL) --------- DOSEMU(dos emulator + Free-DOS) WINE (Windows emulator) M-TOOLS (Dos commands in the Linux box) The configuration and the various frontends works very satisfactory. I also implemented a rustic "mkfat" script (a porting of the hdimage_setup script). Using "mkfat", the user provide a Dos/Win9x rescue floppy and the internal Free-Dos is disabled. "dos -h" and "wine -h". I tested WINE with a pletora of old games (chopper.exe, etc ...), with notepad.exe, with winfile.exe, and it works well. You can unpack EMU in any previous UMSDOS release with: 1. put /usr/emu/bin at the top of /etc/path.conf 2. put /usr/emu/lib at the end of /etc/ld.so.conf 3. mount the hd where you have the arhive ... # cat EMU.tgz | bzip2 -ds | (cd /; tar -xvf-) # /usr/emu/bin/prolog # . /etc/path.conf Enjoy!
